Visual Novel ‘Fatal Twelve’ Opens Pre-Orders for Physical Release on Switch Tomorrow

Sekai Games announced that the Prototype-developed Switch port of Fatal Twelve from aiueoKompany will open pre-orders for a Nintendo Switch physical release tomorrow through Limited Run Games.

Aside from a standard edition available, fans can also pick up the collector’s edition which includes:

• Fatal Twelve on Switch with reversible coverart
• In-game book design
• Acrylic Standee
• Tarot Cards
• Artbook
• Soundtrack

A physical release on PS4 is available in Japan and contains English text options.

Fatal Twelve was initially released on PC-via Steam in 2018 and has since come to Switch and PS4. The game tells the story of a young girl called Shishimai Rinka. She was just a normal high schooler who had to work on her grandmother’s café, the Lion House. However one day she faces the dire situation of a fatal accident. All was over for her, or so she thought, but she wakes up as if nothing happened right after.

However, with a growing sense of dread and unease, she will eventually have to face the truth of this event. One day during her dreams she meets a mysterious girl. There she discovers that she’ll have to participate in a sort of deadly game called the Divine Selection in order to truly be reborn.

With this death game scenario, the suspense visual novel describes some potentially disturbing scenarios of violent nature. Fires and explosions are specifically mentioned by the publisher as a trigger warning.
