Pokémon Scarlet & Violet Introduce the New Grass & Ghost Type Pokémon, Poltchageist
The official Pokémon YouTube channel has shared a brief, roughly five-minute video comprising a story introducing the new Pokémon Poltchageist, which has a relation to green tea. Of the Grass and Ghost type, this story is more humorous than spooky, which is honestly to be expected. The animation is pretty unique, utilizing a silhouette style for the humans while also incorporating some live-action segments at the beginning and end.
The first part of the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet DLC, The Teal Mask, will launch for Nintendo Switch on September 13, 2023.
Players can anticipate new minigames, Pokémon, and activities to partake in, as well as plenty of new characters. The Teal Mask will let players visit the land of Kitakami as part of a school trip beyond the Paldea region.
In addition, a regularly held festival in the land will be conducted as players try to figure out the truth behind multiple folktales.
